It has been less than two years since young designer Amy-Rose created her label Julian Danger. Yet in that short time she has exhibited twice at fashion week and created three solid collections. Taking inspiration from from a range of cultural and artistic influences, Julian Danger is romantic and fresh.
For her winter 2011 collection Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves, Amy-Rose sourced an eclectic mix of beautiful fabrics for both men and women. It’s fair to say that men are lacking in options when it comes to local labels. So it’s always worth a bit of enthusiasm when designers make an effort to serve both genders. Her delectable woollen jumpers are unisex, which I think is highly applicable considering the androgynous nature of our fashion scene. If you want to have a peek at her summer collection, check out her lovely website here.
