I love how Niki’s neon dress pops against her gorgeous tan; it’s so fun and bold! The weather in Sydney seems to be having one last summer fling (even though it is technically autumn) and I’m definitely not complaining! It’s so nice to walk outside in nothing but a dress and sandals. Beautiful weather was made for weekends!
Last week I had the pleasure of meeting the super lovely Caroline Blomst and her partner Daniel Troyste, the talented duo behind Stockholm Street Style, who were in town for their first ever Australian exhibition. Not only does their blog document incredible street style the world over, but they post with such zealous frequency they leave every other blogger for dust. It was nice to sit down and chat briefly about photography, Stockholm and Sydney tourist spots with the pair, who were both as stylish as they were modest (which only made them all the more charming). There’s no question that the Swedish nail nonchalant cool like no-else else; Caroline looked polished and effortless all at the same time. Such a beauty!
How good are these leopard print heels? I’m all about animal print shoes lately, and these softly pointed, not-too-high heels are about perfect. From Tony Bianco of all places, sometimes high street can get it so right. It’s always a happy surprise to find beautifully crafted shoes that don’t cost the earth; these are definitely at the top of my list for this winter!
Rumi Neely (aka Fashion Toast) arrived in Australia this week, for her first ever visit to our shores. Fresh off the plane, she looked super sweet in Celine sunglasses and a silk mustard shirt. Such a good colour! She’s in town for a blogger event this week, then back again later in the month for Fashion Week, so I’m sure we’ll be seeing her around a fair bit.
