Alice

I shot Alice for my latest street style column in Grazia, down an alleyway in Soho near an endless supply of great cafes and restaurants. I’m really liking Alice’s fitted tartan suit, it’s slick and 90′s grunge all at the same time. There are so many amazing girls in London with unique, super-cool style, and I’m really excited about shooting so many new faces over the coming months.

Aude

I met Aude in Brussels, in a super cool store by the name of Hunting and Collecting. Everything about it was right on the money; understated but cool visual merchandising, a great designer selection and a carefully curated space.

It was Aude’s amazing jacket that caught my eye. Since diving head first into a European winter, I have become obsessed with coats and jackets of any kind. And Aude’s coat by French designer Christophe Lemaire is one of the best I’ve seen around; perfectly over-sized, with subtle tweed fabric and two roomy pockets. I love her vintage sweater and Avelon leather pants too – both ultimate winter essentials when it comes to braving the cold. But it’s her beautiful red hair that makes this look; striking and super casual all at the same time.

Lia-Belle

I shot beautiful Lia-Belle on a glorious summers day for my latest street style column in Grazia Australia. Hands down one of the warmest, most hard-working girls I’ve had the blessing of befriending, so it was very fitting that Lia-Belle was my last street style subject in Sydney. For the time being at least anyway.

Lia-Belle is the epitome of cool in this stripe on stripe combo by Dorota. It’s such a refreshing take on the classic stripe; a little textured and perfectly cut. The crop is super flattering – it’s as far away from the silhouettes of the 90’s as possible – sexy but not too revealing. It’s all about showing some skin without exposing the belly button.

I’m a big fan of Australian label Dorota (particularly this dress here) – her pieces are the perfect balance of super cute and super cool. The website is coming soon, so keep an eye out.

I feel as though 2012 was a really great year. Not just for myself, but for so many people I know. The months were flooded with opportunities, good times and new friendships. It was the year Sydney became my spiritual homeland, and the year I packed up my life and moved to London for a new adventure. I was fortunate enough to collaborate with some incredible people and brands, and have my work published in some great publications. I’m forever grateful for all of the support and am constantly inspired by those around me. To 2013, whatever it may bring!
